💾 Saving and Running Strategies:

  • Once you’ve configured your rules and execution settings, you can save your strategy for future access.
  • The Run button initiates the backtesting process, where the software analyzes your strategy against historical data to provide results.

📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • At the top, you have a set of KPIs offering a quick overview of your strategy’s overall performance.
  • The Rating is derived from several metrics, offering a conservative assessment of your strategy’s robustness. This rating considers various factors, including consistency and variance, and helps identify the strategy’s stability.

📉 Charts and Metrics:

  • Interactive charts provide visual representations of key metrics. These charts allow you to hover over data points to see detailed information.
  • The Ratings Chart compares the key metrics used to compile your strategy’s rating, helping you understand its strengths and weaknesses.

📋 Group Breakdown:

  • The Group Breakdown table allows you to analyze your results based on different groupings, such as by course. This helps identify new angles and refine your strategy by understanding how it performs under various conditions.

📅 Individual Trades

  • The Individual Trades table provides a detailed account of each trade, showing the horse, race, entry and exit prices, and profit/loss. This data is sortable, and you can choose which columns to display or hide.

🏇 Upcoming Qualifiers:

  • This section lists the horses in upcoming races that meet your strategy’s criteria. The table adjusts to show relevant data based on the rules you’ve set.
  • Columns in this table reflect the specific rules in your strategy, allowing you to see which future races align with your criteria.

📂 CSV Export:

  • You can export your results, including any of the tables, to a CSV file for further analysis in spreadsheets. This is useful for deeper examination and record-keeping.
